Mumbai/New Delhi, July 28 (SocialNews.XYZ) In a fresh salvo, the Shiv Sena on Thursday sought disqualification of its 12 rebel Members of Parliament who have crossed over to the rival camp led by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde.

The development comes 10 days after the MPs walked over en masse to the Shinde group, named Rahul Shewale as their parliamentary party leader and even submitted a letter to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla.

"I have sought disqualification of the 12 Shiv Sena rebel MPs," Vinayak Raut, the Shiv Sena Parliamentary Party Leader, told media persons after meeting the Speaker this afternoon in New Delhi.

The Shiv Sena has a total of 22 MPs - 19 in Lok Sabha and three in Rajya Sabha, all from Maharashtra, except one Lok Sabha MP from the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli.

The 12 MPs supporting Shinde are: Bhavana Gawali (Yavatmal-Washim), Shewale (Mumbai South-Central), Shrikant Shinde (Kalyan-Thane), Hemant Patil (Hingoli), Krupal Tumane (Ramtek), Sadashiv Lokhande (Shirdi), Hemant Godse (Nashik), Rajendra Gavit (Palghar), Dhairyasheel Mane (Hatkanangale), Shrirang Barne (Maval), Prataprao Jadhav (Buldhana), and Sanjay Mandlik (Kolhapur).

After they joined Shinde formally, they submitted letters to the Speaker appointing Shewale as their new leader and Gawali as the new Chief Whip in Lok Sabha, "replacing" Vinayak Raut.

The 6 Lok Sabha MPs who are with Shiv Sena President Uddhav Thackeray are: Arvind Sawant (Mumbai South), Gajanan Kirtikar (Mumbai North-West), Raut (Ratnagiri-Sindhudurg), Sanjay Jadhav (Parbhani), Omraje Nimbalkar (Osmanabad) and Kalaben Delkar (UT Dadra & Nagar Haveli).

All the Rajya Sabha MPs - Sanjay Raut, Anil Desai, and Priyanka Chaturvedi, all from Mumbai - continue to remain with Thackeray.

The 31-month-old Maha Vikas Aghadi government of Sena-Nationalist Congress Party-Congress headed by CM Thackeray crashed on June 29, capping a 10-day long political drama played across three states - Gujarat, Assam and Goa.

On June 30, Shinde was sworn-in as CM and Bharatiya Janata Party's Devendra Fadnavis as the Deputy CM while the apparently bleeding Sena cried foul and moved the Supreme Court for various reliefs, with the crucial hearing scheduled on Monday, August 1, and now the party has demanded disqualification of the dozen MPs who switched sides.

Hyderabad, July 28 (SocialNews.XYZ) Telangana's Labour Minister Malla Reddy on Thursday said he has nothing to do with the MLA sticker found on the car of Madhav Reddy, a casino dealer whose residence was searched by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).

A sticker issued to Malla Reddy was found on the car of Madhav Reddy on Wednesday and this became a topic of discussion in political circles.

When the minister was asked about this, he said the sticker was issued in March and the same was removed from his vehicle and thrown away three months back. "Somebody may have picked up that sticker and pasted it on his car. I have nothing to do with this," he said.

Madhav Reddy's house in Bowenpally was searched by the ED along with some other places belonging to him and Praveen Chikoti in Telangana for alleged violation of the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA).

Madhav Reddy is said to be a partner of Chikoti. They had allegedly taken punters from the two Telugu states to a casino organised in a hotel in Nepal in June and organised high stakes gambling.

The ED carried out searches at Chikoti's house at IS Sadan in Hyderabad and farmhouse at Kadthal on the city outskirts.

The duo are suspected to have facilitated the transfer of the stakes at the casino, running into lakhs of rupees, through hawala channels.

Both of them have been summoned by the ED for questioning. Sources said based on their statements, others may also be summoned.

Amaravati, July 28 (SocialNews.XYZ) A man, who married five women and cheated them, has been arrested by police in Andhra Pradesh's Guntur town.

K. Satish Babu had cheated the women by posing as a software engineer employed in the US and was blackmailing them by threatening to post their intimate photographs and videos on the internet.

According to police, the accused, hailing from Palnadu district's Andakuru village, married Sri Lakshmi of Guntur last month. After a few days, he asked her to give Rs 80 lakh and threatened her that if the money is not arranged, he will upload on the Internet their intimate photographs and videos.

Sri Lakshmi later noticed his chatting with women and learnt that he had already married a few women. Sri Lakshmi and her parents approached Disha police in Guntur. The police investigations revealed how Satish Babu cheated his victims.

A police officer said Satish Babu had first married Sailaja of Visakhapatnam in 2005. He married another woman Lavanya in the US in 2014. He divorced his first wife in 2017 and the same year, married Lakshmi in Narasaraopet. Following some differences, she approached the women police station. He then married Divya of Nellore the same year.

After Divya came to know facts about Satish Babu, she filed a police complaint in Guntur last year. He, however, married for the fifth time. When Sri Lakshmi also filed a complaint with the Guntur police, the investigating officials realised that a complaint was already filed against him.

The police investigations revealed that he had been cheating the women. On Thursday, police arrested Satish Babu and his father Veerabhadra Rao. Police were trying to find out if the accused was trying to marry another woman.

A police officer said after every marriage, the accused was spending one or two months with the wife at some good place. He used to take pictures and videos of the intimate moments with them saying these would be good memories for him in the US. He was then demanding money to go to the US. If they refused, he threatened to post the photos and videos on porn websites.

Mumbai, July 28 (SocialNews.XYZ) Telugu star Vijay Deverakonda, who's been making waves with his ripped-up body for the multilingual MMA action film "Liger", revealed to Karan Johar that the most public place he has had sex is "a boat".

Appearing with "Liger" co-star Ananya Panday in the fourth episode of 'Koffee With Karan' Season 7, Deverakonda clarified that the boat in question was in fact "like a small yacht".

He was responding to his celebrity host's question/comment: "In the middle of the ocean? Nobody else or like... ?" Hearing Deverakonda's reply, Karan remarked that it was sexy, even as Ananya said, "I don't do all these things."

Karan jumped on Ananya's statement and, in his usual wide-eyed, schoolboy grin-laced way, and asked her if she hadn't had sex in a public place, she said: "I haven't done it." And she added that her parents -- Bollywood actor Chunky Panday and costume designer Bhavna Panday -- were going to watch the show.

Ananya had clearly walked into a trap and Karan did not let go of the opportunity. "So, what do they think? They have a vestal virgin at home!"

Deverakonda also let out that he had had sex in cars. Karan responded to that with: "But aren't they uncomfortable? I haven't done anything in a car." The "Liger" rose to the occasion with a memorable answer accompanied by a meaningful wink: "Desperate times."

On a more personal note, Deverakonda, who's now regarded as perhaps the country's sexiest single man, candidly talked about rumours that he was dating Rashmika "Srivalli" Mandanna.

He said they had done two films together at an early stage of his professional career and they had been good friends since then. "She's a darling and I'm fond of her. She's a really good friend of mine."

Hyderabad, July 28 (SocialNews.XYZ) Hyderabad police on Thursday filed the charge sheet in the sensational May 28 Jubilee Hills gang rape case.

The 350-page charge sheet was filed both in the Nampally Criminal Court and the Juvenile Justice Board as five of the six accused in the case are minors.

The police, however, made a plea to the Juvenile Justice Board to allow the minors to be treated as majors for trial in view of the serious nature of the offence.

Police listed 65 people as witnessed in the case, which had triggered national outrage. It gives a detailed account of the crime committed on May 28 in upscale Jubilee Hills.

Six accused, including a major, were arrested earlier last month for gang rape of a 17-year-old girl in a car.

They had trapped the victim after a daytime party at a bar and after offering a lift, sexually assaulted her.

Five accused including the son of a leader of ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS)have been charged with gang rape while sixth accused, who is the son of a legislator of the Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (MIM), is facing molestation charges.

Saduddin Malik and four minors have been booked under Indian Penal Code's (IPC) Sections 376 D (gang rape), 323 (causing hurt), Section 5 (G) (gang penetrative sexual assault on child), read with Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, IPC's Sections 366 (kidnapping a woman) and 366A (procuration of a minor girl) and Section 67 of Information Technology Act.

The sixth minor was not involved in the rape but he kissed the victim in the car. He has been booked under IPC's Section 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty), 323 and Section 9 (G) read with 10 of POCSO Act. He could face 5-7 years imprisonment.

The charge sheet was filed a day after five minors were released on bail.

Four minors were granted bail by the Juvenile Justice Board while the sixth was given bail by the Telangana High Court.

Saduddin Malik, the only adult in the case, also remained in jail as his bail petition was already dismissed.

The police have filed the charge sheet with details of all the technical evidence gathered during the investigation.

These include identification parade, recording of statement of the survivor under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code before the magistrate, DNA test and forensic examination of the car in which the minor victim was gang raped, report of the forensic analyses of the DNA samples collected from the victim's clothes, CCTV footage from bar, and other places.

According to police, two of the accused misbehaved the victim while attending a day-time party at a pub at Road Number 36 in Jubilee Hills.

They followed the girl outside the pub. Four CCLs (children in conflict with law) and the girl boarded a Mercedes to go to a bakery on Road Number 14 Banjara Hills. Saduddin and four other CCLs boarded an Innova. While on the way to the bakery, the youths in Mercedes forcibly kissed her, took videos and circulated them.

The two cars reached the bakery. The victim alighted from the Mercedes and boarded the Innova. At 6.15 p.m., the Innova left with Saduddin, five others, all CCLs and the victim. However, three minutes later, one CCL came back to the bakery as he had some urgent work. Saduddin and four other CCLs took the Innova to Road number 44 behind Pedamma temple, parked the vehicle there and there, raped the girl by rotation.

The Innova later came back to the pub and dropped the victim. The victim's father reached there to pick her up.

The case came to light only on May 31 after the victim's father lodged a complaint with the police and the police recorded the victim's statement the next day.

"Naga Chaitanya and Samantha were staying in this apartment after marriage," Mohan said in an interview with the portal. "Later, they purchased an independent house and sold this apartment on the condition that they will hand it over once their new house is ready. Meanwhile, the couple got divorced and Samantha was looking for a place of her own."

Mohan continued: "She wasn't happy with the options and felt that this apartment is the best suited for her. But it was not available as it had been sold to someone else. Samantha insisted on the apartment, so I somehow convinced the new owners and they were even given a higher price."

The senior actor added that Samantha and her mother stay in the apartment now.

Dakshina Kannada, July 29 (SocialNews.XYZ) Sri Ram Sena chief Pramod Muthalik was detained on Friday for trying to enter Karnataka's Dakshina Kannada district to meet the family of the slain BJP activist, defying the ban imposed on his entry to the region.

Police have banned Muthalik's entry to Dakshina Kannada as his visit might lead to disturbance in the region.

Muthalik has been launching scathing attacks on the ruling BJP following the murder of Praveen Kumar Nettare.

When Pramod Muthalik tried to enter Dakshina Kannada district through Udupi, he was detained near Hejamadi
and later sent back, the police said.

The police have taken 12 people into custody for violating prohibitory orders.

Funeral of Mohammad Fazil Mangalpet, who was killed on Thursday night was conducted peacefully.

Thousands of people gathered to pay homage to Fazil. No untoward incident was reported.

ADGP Alok Kumar has stated that the funeral is over and the situation is peaceful.

The prohibitory orders under Section 144 CrPC will remain in the region till Saturday and a call will
be taken to continue or discontinue the order later.

Now that Buchi Babu Sana has come up with an explanation, he clarifies that the reports on their viral picture are untrue.

Nobody could avoid thinking that the young director was working on anything other than 'Pushpa-2'-related activities while the two were having a serious chat in the recent viral picture. Buchi Babu, who has always worked in close circles with Sukumar, states that he was clicked along with Sukumar, during a small discussion regarding his upcoming movie, but not Sukumar's directorial 'Pushpa: The Rule'.

Buchi Babu quickly refuted the rumours going around, claiming that 'Pushpa 2' was not discussed there. "This picture was taken when Sukumar Sir helped me with the narrative for my next project while we sat together. In response to rumours that he is truly assisting Sukumar with the script for Pushpa 2, Buchi Babu stated.

"I don't have that kind of knowledge of helping Sukumar sir in writing tale (read it as Pushpa 2 here) and it won't come too. I don't have the range to assist him write a story, therefore I can only gain knowledge from him," he said in his conclusion.
