Jyothika movie in Suriya’s Production is titled Jackpot

Jyothika recently wrapped up the shooting of her next film with director Kalyan of Gulaebaghavali fame. Surprisingly, it was bankrolled by Suriya's 2D Entertainment. Touted to be a comedy entertainer, the first-look poster of Jackpot has been out recently.

The film will have cinematography by Ananda Kumar, editing by Vijay and music by Vishal. The film will also star Yogi Babu. The film’s release date is yet to be announced. It is also being reported that the film might also be dubbed in Telugu.

Jyothika was last seen in director Radha Mohan's family drama Kaatrin Mozhi, which was the official Tamil remake of Vidya Balan's Tumhari Sulu. The actress has two more films in her kitty. One will be directed by S Raj and the second one will be directed by JJ Frederick. The film with S Raj will see Jyothika as a Government school teacher and it will be produced by Dream Warrior Pictures.
