Natural Star Nani was in a prime form of his career in last year with double hat-trick hits. However, his josh was reduced and settled down later with a disaster and an average one. Bigboss controversies also did shake him a bit that influenced his acting career. Hence deciding to be on track again he teamed up with Vikram K Kumar.
This movie was titled as "Gang Leader" wherein a concept video it was seen Nani heading a gang with five women in it. It is heard that there is a sentiment behind the title "Gang Leader." His previous films, "Gentleman" and "Majnu" have scored hits which were titled after old films. So as sentiment factor, Nani did not give a second thought when director Vikram proposed 'Gang Leader' title. Afterall sentiments are like lifelines in this industry.
