Film actress Bhumi Pednekar who made her debut in ‘Kids Choice Awards 2019’, says that Kids are our real audience. She further added that she is feeling over the moon, as the kids have given a very splendid response and love to all her movies released this year. It may be for the movies, ‘Bala’ or ‘Saand Ki Aankh’, or for the songs of ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’.
Bhumi Pednekar was interacting with the media on Friday in Mumbai.
‘Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards 2019’ is India's most unique award show and celebrates kids’ favorites from the worlds of movies, television and more. Nickelodeon announced the winners of Kids Choice Awards 2019. The show was sponsored by Yellow Diamond and Apis and hosted by the actor and comedian Varun Sharma. The main attractions of the evening was the performances performed by the actors Varun Dhawan, Sara Ali Khan and Bhumi Pednekar.
When asked how does she feels attending ‘Kids Choice Awards’, on this Bhumi said, “This is the first time I am attending the show and performing live with the kids. I have always given recorded performance in the other awards shows. I must say, the energy of the children was fantastic. I am very excited and still on a high. The year 2019 was the most cementing year of my career.
After this year the level has become very high for me personally. Now, I really want to work more hard and prove myself better. I truly hope that in the coming year I get the same love and support from the audience, as I have acquired earlier. For me Kids are my real audience, because they have given a very splendid response and love to all my movies. It may be for the movies, ‘Bala’ or ‘Saand Ki Aankh’, or for the songs of ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’.”
As of December 2019, Bhumi Pednekar has several upcoming films. She will star opposite Vicky Kaushal in Karan Johar's horror production ‘Bhoot – Part One:‘The Haunted Ship’ and alongside Konkona Sen Sharma in Alankrita Shrivastava's comedy ‘Dolly Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitare.’
